About Dr. Gleacher
Dr. Gleacher attended medical school at the University of Chicago and completed her psychiatry residency at St. Vincent's Hospital in Manhattan. She served as chief resident in her final year of residency and went on to complete a fellowship in forensic psychiatry at St. Vincent's.
Following training, Dr. Gleacher worked as an attending psychiatrist for the Fire Department of New York, treating first responders affected by the events and aftermath of 9/11. After working for the FDNY for more than 10 years, Dr. Gleacher transitioned to full-time private practice. She has expertise in complex cases of PTSD, depression, anxiety and panic disorder, as well as substance dependence, bipolar disorders, psychotic disorders, and ADHD.
Dr. Gleacher is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
